How It Works: From Purchase to Entry

- You will receive a confirmation email from Zeffy. **This is your proof of purchase, not the final ticket.**
2 Part 2: At the Venue
- Proceed to the Bongmilanti registration desk upon arrival.
- Show your Zeffy confirmation email (on your phone or printed) or simply tell the name of the person who purchased the ticket
- A volunteer will provide you with physical tickets/coupons. Seating is **first-come, first-served.**

No, there is no mandatory cost for Puja Prasad or rituals. However, as a non-profit, we rely on voluntary donations (Pronami) to cover organizational costs, ensuring these traditions remain accessible to all.
What are the Coupons and Tickets on Zeffy for?
Coupons are for optional, affordable meals (lunch and dinner) at the venue. Tickets are for entry to special ticketed programs, like the Sunday evening musical concert, which also include a dinner packet.
Do members have to get the free Sunday lunch coupon on Zeffy?
Yes, absolutely. To ensure an accurate headcount for our food vendors, every item, including free ones for members, must be "purchased" (at $0) through Zeffy. We cannot guarantee food availability otherwise.
How can I get food for my kids?
We generally provide complimentary pizza for all kids. If your child prefers Bengali food, you can purchase a full meal coupon for them. Children below 5 may also share food with their parents.
What is "Chanda" and why are the prices different from Zeffy?

Does my Zeffy ticket number reserve my seat for the concert?
No. The number on your Zeffy receipt is just for confirmation. Seating for the musical concert is on a **first-come, first-served basis** after you receive your physical ticket at the venue and enter the auditorium.
Can I buy a ticket for the Sunday concert without the dinner?
No, the Sunday musical event ticket and dinner are sold as a bundled package and cannot be purchased separately. This is already highly subsidized, and the price remains fixed even if you choose to skip the meal.
